Our program offers a carefully curated yet, tailored approach to puberty and period health. This program covers vital topics such as period hygiene and body positivity. Our worldly Program Leaders have mastered academic excellence but also foster social, emotional, and physical development. Our program offers a well-rounded curriculum that encourages creativity, critical thinking, teamwork, and resilience, providing your child with the skills they need to thrive in an ever-changing world.

 We encourage each   student to learn at their own pace. Each module is formulated to be completed within 2.5 hours each day. We prefer students attend every day, consecutively. This provides our students time to effectively process information learned during each module. Our paced learning method provides our students with opportunities to ask questions and interact with program leaders.

We offer 3 additional months of post-program support via email or SMS. Both parent and program participant will receive weekly correspondence loaded with invaluable tools and techniques.
